Franchisees run the club. Fitura runs the platform.
Every hour a founding franchisee spends on real estate diligence, tech evaluation, or program design is an hour not spent selling memberships. Fitura carries those functions centrally so operators can focus on their market. The Fitura leadership team carries more than 70 years of combined franchising experience - much of it building the systems that scaled F45, FS8, and The Picklr - and that experience is wired into every part of the platform below.

Real estate is where most operators lose. We start there.
Fitura has partnered with SABRE Business Consulting, a nationally recognized retail advisory firm specializing in consumer-facing fitness and wellness brands. The Fitura program at SABRE is led by Douglas Jerum, with 35 years representing some of the largest retail brands in the world, and Tom Jacobson, former solidcore operator and West Coast expansion lead for over a decade.
Before a franchisee is turned loose on a broker, Delightree steps them through the fundamentals of a commercial lease - triple net structure, incremental costs, and the provisions that separate a good deal from a bad one - with comprehension checks along the way. Only then do candidates move into active site selection with SABRE.
On the build side, Fitura ships a 300-page real estate and construction guidelineproduced with LARC Architecture. Tapware, tile, lighting, elevations, finishes - enough detail that any qualified general contractor in the country can build to spec. It is the same repeatable system that has driven dozens of openings across sister concepts.

A national marketing platform, run by HQ.
Every franchisee benefits from a centralized brand fund and a local area marketing program, both deployed by Fitura HQ. Paid advertising scales with each club's revenue, so the more a location generates, the more media flows back into its market. National creative sits in a Canva Enterprise workspace with locked brand templates, and every location's social presence is coordinated through SOCI so nothing goes out off-brand.
The local franchisee's role: supplement the national engine with local community content and get outside the four walls - grassroots outreach, partnerships, and pre-opening activations that HQ helps script.
A structured training pathway, not a binder handed over at signing.
The Delightree onboarding platform steps every owner through roughly ninety milestones between executed franchise agreement and grand opening - a green-light / red-light checklist with supporting education, video, and comprehension checks. Coach and instructor certification is delivered on top of that, led by Growth Officer Scott Kimworthy, formerly responsible for training and certification at F45 globally.

Programming is centralized. Operators lead, they don't program.
Fitura partnered with ONEFiit - the operating system behind category leaders like Hyrox - to build the Fitura Brands Performance Hub. Padel//Swt strength and conditioning sessions, contrastheory protocols, and Core Precinct athletic reformer Pilates classes are all authored at HQ and pushed to every studio.
Every class, cycle, and progression is designed to drive member results, increase retention, and keep the brand experience consistent from location to location. Franchisees stop guessing what to program and get back to running the business - team leadership, community, and revenue.
An enterprise-grade tech stack, configured before you sign.
Racket-sport operators have historically been ten years behind streamlined fitness on technology. Fitura evaluated the major vendors - MindBody, Exerp, Mariana Tech, and others - and selected ABC Glofox as the core system, with a custom Padel module built specifically for Padel//Swt. One platform for members, one platform for staff, one platform for reporting. Nothing to stitch together.
A vetted vendor ecosystem, not a spreadsheet of options.
Fitura leadership has personally vetted every core vendor in the stack - including on-site factory visits with the PadelGalis ownership team in Spain. Franchisees inherit those relationships and their preferred economics from day one.
PadelGalis
World's largest manufacturer of padel courts, based in Spain. Fitura leadership has toured the facilities firsthand.

Built to open on a professional timeline.
Industry press has documented independent padel operators taking three years to open what they'd projected as a twelve-month build - largely because those projects are passion projects run without institutional real estate and construction infrastructure.
Fitura's target from executed franchise agreement to opening is roughly 9 to 12 months for a Padel//Swt location, and closer to six months for the smaller contrastheory and Core Precinct footprints - supported by the SABRE real estate program, the LARC construction guidelines, and Delightree's stage-by-stage checklist.
