Padel//Swt franchisee athletes

The window to own American padel is open - briefly.

Padel is the racket sport with the steepest growth curve worldwide. In the United States it is still early - fewer than 700 courts serve roughly 340 million people, and 61% of those courts are outdoor. Padel//Swt is a premium indoor club built for that gap, and Fitura Brands is now awarding founding territories to a small number of operators. A Padel//Swt franchise is currently awarded as part of a combined development that also includes Core Precinct and contrastheory franchise rights.

Everything a serious operator needs - and nothing they'd rather build themselves.

Padel//Swt is one of three Fitura Brands concepts (alongside Core Precinct athletic reformer Pilates and contrastheory contrast-recovery), and a Padel//Swt franchise is currently awarded as part of a combined development that also includes Core Precinct and contrastheory franchise rights - each governed by its own Franchise Disclosure Document and franchise agreement. Franchisees get a fully engineered platform: brand, programming, real-estate advisory, technology, and a centralized marketing fund - all with an executive team that has scaled F45, The Picklr, and FS8 across dozens of countries.

Three concepts, one destination, one operating team.

Because a Padel//Swt franchise is awarded together with Core Precinct (athletic reformer Pilates) and contrastheory (contrast recovery) franchise rights, an operator is underwriting a wellness destination rather than a court facility. For the member that means play, strength training and recovery at one address. For the owner it means the same square footage, lease and team working across three revenue lines and far more of the day.

Real estate efficiency

Courts drive evenings and weekends; reformer classes and recovery fill mornings, midday and shoulder hours. One lease, one build-out mobilization, more activated dayparts.

Deeper member relationships

Court time, memberships, classes, recovery, retail and F&B give a member more reasons to stay and more ways to spend - supporting higher lifetime value than a single-service club.

Shared cost base

Front desk, utilities, technology, marketing and reporting are shared across concepts instead of duplicated across three separate sites and three separate P&Ls.

Each concept is governed by its own Franchise Disclosure Document and franchise agreement. The three concepts may be developed in approved configurations, including qualifying co-location opportunities, subject to site approval. This description of the operating model is not a financial performance representation.

Industry data that backs the opportunity.
